2020 Apiary – June 20th

It is time again for another apiary day. The weather looks a little dodgy, but sometimes the bees set the schedule and we have to work with what we have.
We are going to be there on Saturday the 20th at 9:00am.

We are going to be pulling honey from a couple of hives, so if you have not seen that done yet that will be something new for you.
There will also be an opportunity for us to go through some of the hives to make sure that everything looks good. If you have never been through a hive before, this is the perfect opportunity to see what the process is like, and if you have, there are always new things that you can learn. That is one of the neat things about keeping bees to me, it is not something you will ever master, there is always something new to learn.
