2019 August Meeting

Hi everyone!
We will be having our regular monthly meeting this Thursday at the Wilson County Agricultural Center. If you missed our July picnic you missed a great time and some fabulous food. We had plenty of left over barbecue so this Thursday we will be enjoying that for our pre-meeting feast! Plan to come and enjoy a sandwich and some snacks at 6:30 before we get down to business at 7:00. Here is the link to the sign up if you can help out with the food and drinks.

Our club is going great. The apiary has really done well since we installed the packages and nucs. If you have not participated in the field days you really should consider going! It is very good learning tool. Please contact Bruce, Greg or Magnus for more information on the apiary.
We will have a presentation from David Cuddleback on anaphylaxis and heat related emergencies. We all know just how hot it is in a bee suit this time of year! Please hydrate and be careful!
